Information currently handled
SunWellbeingBooks does not operate customer accounts, online checkout, advertising trackers, a contact form or a mailing list. Authorised administrators can sign in with ChatGPT to view private, aggregate website analytics.
The website’s hosting and security services may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request times and diagnostic logs. SunWellbeingBooks does not use that information to build advertising profiles.
To automatically select an appropriate Amazon marketplace for book links, the site may use country information supplied by its hosting provider, with your browser’s language and region preferences as a fallback. SunWellbeingBooks does not store your IP address for this feature.
Contact by email
The website provides direct email links to sunwellbeingsales@gmail.com. Selecting one opens your device’s email service; the website itself does not collect the message.
If you email Sun Well Being, your email provider and Google will process your message under their respective privacy terms. Sun Well Being will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage any related correspondence.

If you manually select an Amazon store, the site saves a functional preference cookie named swb_amazon_store for up to one year to remember your choice for future book links. Choosing Automatic removes that preference. This cookie is not used for advertising, analytics or affiliate tracking.
Optional website analytics
We measure public page views, book interest, outbound Amazon clicks, navigation and contact-link actions. We record broad traffic sources and campaign labels, approximate country and region, device and browser family. We do not save IP addresses, full page or referral URLs, precise location, email contents or contact details in this analytics database. An Amazon click is not proof of a purchase.
Random first-party identifiers help estimate distinct browsers and visits. A visitor identifier is kept in your browser for up to 90 days, a session expires after 30 minutes without tracked activity, an analytics-enabled flag cookie named swb_analytics_allowed lasts up to 90 days, and a signed analytics cookie named swb_analytics lasts up to 30 minutes. Your analytics preference stays in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics event records are available for up to 365 days; older records are removed during periodic maintenance when the site receives traffic.
Use Turn off analytics in the footer to opt out at any time. Opting out stops future tracking and clears your browser’s analytics identifiers; previously recorded aggregate activity is not linked to your identity. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional analytics. Signed-in users and recognised automated traffic are excluded where practical.
External websites
The site links to Amazon and Sun Well Being. Amazon links may open the appropriate international Amazon marketplace, rather than only Amazon Australia. Those services operate independently and apply their own privacy policies when you visit them. SunWellbeingBooks does not control their collection or handling of information.

SunWellbeingBooks does not sell or rent personal information. Limited technical information may be handled by service providers where necessary to host, secure or maintain the website. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
